Leading Australian defence industry and government consultant ADCG has partnered with corporate management firm Prominence to accelerate skill development and the transfer of knowledge on Australia’s nuclear-powered submarine program.

The strategic agreement, announced at Avalon 2025, combines the complementary strengths of both organisations to deliver solutions and support to Australian’s nuclear and defence sectors.

ADCG, which has an office at South Australia’s Lot Fourteen innovation district, provides strategic and nuclear advisory services, defence security clearances sponsorship and Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) management.

ADCG CEO Wayne Higgins welcomed the partnership, which will provide the essential knowledge, skills, and expertise to empower clients, like the Royal Australian Navy, the new Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety regulator and the wider Defence industry in submarine maintenance, operations, and construction.

Helping to address Australia’s limited depth of nuclear expertise, the collaboration will facilitate access to critical knowledge from the UK and USA on nuclear operations, maintenance, manufacturing, supply chain management and the nuclear fuel cycle.
